Forensic honesty (FR-OV-011/012, BR-OV-010): a cryptographic hash proves later byte-level consistency — it never proves the evidence's contents are true. Image analysis can report "no manipulation indicators detected at the stated confidence" — it can never certify an image as conclusively authentic (US-OV-005). Evidence strength, certification and claim truth are three separate things (BR-OV-007).

Kai Rescue runs that flow on the same ledger as commerce: Provedore lists surplus with a safe-consumption window, Almoner matches it to pantry need and capability, Warden enforces food-safety windows and seals the chain of custody, and Porter routes the volunteer run. The donor gets a signed, itemised receipt.
